Working for Us

We are always looking to attract new people to come and work with us, who share our enthusiasm and commitment to making every day a positive experience for the people we care for.

We offer competitive rates of pay and a supportive team environment. No two days are ever the same, and although the work can be challenging, it is intensely rewarding, bringing lots of laughter and satisfaction.

Our staff should all:

  • share and uphold our values
  • put people first as part of a person-centred model of care
  • be flexible and patient
  • understand the big, holistic picture of people’s needs and lives
  • be risk aware but not risk averse
  • be keen to listen, learn and train

We are currently actively recruiting for dedicated Support Workers with vacancies within our day opportunities setting, based in Norton Canes with some hours supporting people in the community during evenings and weekends.
