Working for Us

We are always looking to attract new people to come and work with us, who share our enthusiasm and commitment to making every day a positive experience for the people we care for.

We offer competitive rates of pay and a supportive team environment. No two days are ever the same, and although the work can be challenging, it is intensely rewarding, bringing lots of laughter and satisfaction.

Our staff should all:

  • share and uphold our values
  • put people first as part of a person-centred model of care
  • be flexible and patient
  • understand the big, holistic picture of people’s needs and lives
  • be risk aware but not risk averse
  • be keen to listen, learn and train

Although a Level 3 QCF (NVQ) qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, it is not essential. We offer in-house training up to Level 5, supporting staff right through to management and leadership levels.

We are also a training provider for the Apprenticeship scheme, open to young people aged 16-24. We work in partnership with organisations such as Aspiration Training to provide employment alongside skills training and education. You’ll earn a wage with us, and we’ll help you work towards your Level 2 QCF (NVQ) qualification in Health and Social Care.
